Prajna Mohapatra has returned to Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, assuming the role of Partner in the firm’s Corporate Practice. With over ten years of post-qualification experience, she specializes in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and private equity (PE) law.

- Inbound M&A, particularly in healthcare, financial services, and construction and development sectors
- Private equity investments and exits (both control and minority)
- Strategic mergers, amalgamations, and joint ventures
- Corporate restructuring
- General corporate advisory
Prajna has previously advised prominent clients such as Morgan Stanley Private Equity and GIC Singapore, providing insights on a wide range of transactional and governance-related issues under Indian law.

Academic Background
Prajna earned her undergraduate law degree from the West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences (NUJS) in 2012. She further enhanced her legal expertise by obtaining a postgraduate degree from Leiden University in the Netherlands during 2021-2022.
