Veritas Legal is pleased to announce the appointment of Sneha Nagvekar as a partner within its corporate team. With over ten years of extensive experience, Sneha specializes in the domains of Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and Private Equity, with a notable focus on Public M&A transactions.
Throughout her career, Sneha has successfully represented prominent private equity firms, major Indian multinational enterprises, and financial advisors in various aspects of Public M&A, including:
- Divestitures
- Mergers and demergers
- Competitive situations
- Block deals
- Tender offers
- Take-private transactions
- Leveraged buy-outs
- Spin-outs
- Recapitalizations
Additionally, her expertise extends to regulatory and securities law, where she provides strategic guidance to listed corporations, audit committees, and independent directors.
Before joining Veritas Legal, Sneha held a partnership position in the corporate practice area at AZB & Partners in Mumbai. She earned her undergraduate degree from Government Law College, Mumbai, graduating in 2013, and later obtained her LL.M. from The University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School.
