The Adani Foundation has announced a significant partnership with GEMS Education, a prominent global leader in private K-12 education. This collaboration aims to establish world-class educational institutions across India, thereby enhancing access to quality education.

With an initial investment of ₹2,000 crore from the Adani family, the initiative is set to prioritize affordable education, ensuring that high-quality learning resources are accessible to diverse social strata.

In this venture, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) served as legal counsel for the Adani Group. The advisory team was led by Partner Subhalakshmi Naskar, along with key partners including Aarushi Jain, Pooja Kapadia, and Anand Deshpande.
