JSA Advocates Expands Equity Partnership: Nine New Promotions Announced


JSA Advocates and Solicitors (JSA) is set to bolster its equity partnership with the promotion of nine Retained Partners to Equity Partners, effective April 1, 2025. This strategic move will elevate JSA’s equity partner count to 62, contributing to a total partner roster of 154.

Details of the Promotions

Joint Managing Partners Amit Kapur and Vivek Chandy expressed their enthusiasm regarding the promotions, stating, “We are delighted to welcome 9 of our brightest homegrown partners as equity partners from across practices. These partners have been promoted after a detailed evaluation process within JSA. We extend our heartiest congratulations to all of them and wish them all the very best.”

They further highlighted their confidence in the promoted partners’ abilities to excel within the supportive framework of JSA and the partnership’s backing.

Introduction of Karan Mitroo

In addition to the internal promotions, JSA welcomes Karan Mitroo as an equity partner, along with a team of 15 attorneys, which includes three other partners: Purvi Dabbiru, Kartikeya Dubey, and Ankita Parasar.
