Career Move to JSA Advocates
Karan Mitroo, a partner at Luthra and Luthra Law Offices based in New Delhi, is set to transition to JSA Advocates & Solicitors (JSA). He will be accompanied by a substantial team consisting of 15 attorneys, enhancing JSA’s capabilities in the legal market.
Mitroo joins JSA as an equity partner, bringing with him notable colleagues including three partners: Purvi Dabbiru, Kartikeya Dubey, and Ankita Parasar, along with other legal professionals.
Background and Expertise
A graduate of the National University of Juridical Sciences (NUJS) in Kolkata, Mitroo has extensive experience in banking and finance law. Notably, he has provided advisory services to DBS Bank regarding an external commercial borrowing of SGD 470 million for Bharat Mumbai Container Terminals Pvt Ltd, which is part of the PSA Group, pertaining to the development of the fourth container terminal in Navi Mumbai.
