Amanda Marshall brings over two and a half years of experience in employment and labor law, specializing in various matters such as wage-and-hour class actions, discrimination, wrongful termination, and whistleblower retaliation. She is deeply committed to advocating for employees, ensuring that their rights are upheld and their concerns addressed.

Background and Education

Originally from Houston, Texas, Amanda developed an early interest in law. She excelled academically during her legal studies, earning the title of Dean’s Scholar at Paul M. Hebert Law School in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Her dedication to social justice is reflected in her active participation in advocacy programs and contributions to the Social Justice Policy Journal of the South.
