JSA Advocates and Solicitors announced the appointment of Probir Roy Chowdhury as the new Co-Chair for its Corporate Practice Area. Probir will collaborate with current Co-Chair Sidharrth Shankar and will be succeeding Vikram Raghani, who has been elected to the JSA Executive Committee.

Operating out of JSA’s Bengaluru office, Probir Roy Chowdhury brings over twenty years of experience to his new role. His expertise lies predominantly in Technology and associated sectors, with a notable focus on Fintech, Data Protection, and Private Equity/Mergers & Acquisitions within the IT space.
