The offering will feature a total of 7,786,120 equity shares available for purchase, primarily through an offer for sale by its existing shareholders.

The company offers helmets under its well-known brands, ‘Studds’ and ‘SMK’, and also provides various two-wheeler accessories including luggage, gloves, helmet locking devices, rain suits, riding jackets, and eyewear, all branded under ‘Studds’.
Studds has established a strong market presence, with its products available not only throughout India but also exported to over 70 countries across regions including the Americas, Asia, and Europe.
