Vikram Sobti Returns to Chandhiok & Mahajan as Head of Real Estate Practice
Chandhiok & Mahajan (C&M) has announced the return of Vikram Sobti to the firm, assuming the role of Head of the Real Estate Practice in the Delhi office, effective May 2025.
Vikram brings a wealth of experience from various legal landscapes, including private practice and in-house roles. His expertise encompasses managing high-value real estate transactions, complex commercial disputes, and large-scale regulatory strategies.
Professional Journey
Vikram commenced his legal career at Luthra & Luthra Law Offices and was among the founding members of Chandhiok & Mahajan. At C&M, he played a critical role in establishing the firm’s Dispute Resolution practice.
In 2023, Vikram transitioned to a corporate role as General Counsel at Emaar India, where he oversaw legal functions, including strategic litigation and regulatory engagements. This role provided him with profound insights into the operational risks and legal ramifications facing businesses today.
